REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of my products and courses, I don’t generally offer refunds once access has been granted.
That said, I want you to feel confident when you purchase. If you enrol and genuinely feel the product or course isn’t right for you, please email me at learn@drawnbycharlotte.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll have a chat and see what we can do.
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are intended for situations where the course isn’t a good fit — not following completed or extensively used content.
My goal is always to be fair, supportive, and to help you find the right next step in your creative journey.
